How long will it take to get my orders?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof. Claims without a clear opening video cannot be accepted. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the item.
